Formed in 1941-42 in Mednik, a small village near Višegrad on the Drina River in East Busnia. On 15 January 1943 it was under Croatian 5th Division/III Corps. The Company is believed to have been disbanded in August 1943 and its assets incorporated into Domdo Battalion Višegrad. (1)
