Operational History
24 Aug 41: Partisans from the Ozren Sector Command attacked and captured Maglaj, which was defended by the Company and some Domobran troops.
15 Jan 43: Maglaj under Croatian 4th Division/II Corps. The Company may have nominally been serving as the 6th Co. of Domdo Battalion Teslić.
Jul 43: Maglaj with 120 men - according to the Partisans, its commander (Smail Arifagić) was in contact with them and the entire company was disinclined to fight.
5-6 Aug 43: the Company surrendered Maglaj to elements of two brigades belonging to the 2d Proletarian Division after offering only token resistance. There is no further mention of the Company.
