Mentioned 15 January 1943 as being in Bjelemić near Konjić/SW of Sarajevo under Croatian 5th Division/III Corps. On 23 Feb 43 its strength was reported to be 210, and on 14 Apr 43 it was still in Bjelemić but now assigned to the German 369. Inf.Div. (kroat.) for tactical employment. No further mention of the Company has been found. (1)
