Formed October 1942 in Gospić in the Lika region as a town militia to perform non-operational military tasks. In May 1944 it was identified as still being in Gospić with 1st – 3d Co. and subordinated to the German 392. Inf.Div. (kroat.) for tactical employment. No further information has been found. (1)
