Formed 21 August 1943 in Zagreb for 4th Mountain Brigade with Group HQ (new), HQ Battery (new), 1st Battery (ex-mountain gun battery/V Mountain Brig.) and 2d Battery (ex-1st Battery/I Artillery Group). (1)

Operational History

10 Dec 43: Pakrac attached to 4th Mountain Rgt. with 4 x 7.5 cm Skoda mountain guns and 3 x 10 cm Skoda mountain howitzers.
Aug 44: not identified after this date. Possibly disbanded and its assets used to replenish other artillery units.
