April 1941 in Karlovac with a HQ, a telephone company and a radio company with around 200 officers and men.
Oct 41: transferred from Karlovac to Slavonska Požega and began training a large contingent of new recruits.
15 Sep 42: the signals branch of the Croatian Army was substantially reorganized this date and this Battalion was re-designated as II Signal Battalion (see there).
