Formed early 1943 to guard the railway line in Slavonia. (1)

2 Mar 43: formation completed on or about this date.
May 43: Battalion HQ in Našice/Slavonia under Railway Security Sector C.
10 Dec 43: Battalion HQ in Našice (Sector C), 1st Co. along the section Pakrac to Lipik, 2d Co. in Podravska Slatina, 3d Co. in Pleternica and 4th Co. in Našice - under II Corps, but tactically under II Ustasha Brigade.
14 Mar 44: Bn. HQ now in Djurdjenovac/7 km NNW of Našice.
Sep 44: Bn. HQ still in Djurdjenovac, but the Battalion not identified after this date. Evidently it was dissolved and its remaining personnel used to replenish other units.
