Formed fall 1942, probably in Slavonski Brod, to guard the railway line between Zagreb and Zemun, and between Bosanski Brod and Sarajevo. (1)
Feb 43: Bn. HQ in Slavonski Brod under Railway Security Sector B - assigned to guard the track section to the west and east of Sl. Brod; 3d Co. was in Sibinj/8 km NW of Sl. Brod.
Sep 43: HQ in Sl. Brod with 1st - 4th Co. assigned to Railway Security Sector B. Said to be at only 80% of its authorized strength.
Apr 44: unchanged from September 1943.
Sep 44: Bn. responsible for guarding the track section between Sl. Brod and Vinkovci (Sector B).
7 Nov 44: unchanged from September 1944.
1 Dec 44: Battalion HQ and 1st – 4th Co. reassigned to the newly formed 19th (Domobran) Infantry Brigade/14th Croatian Infantry Division on or about this date.
