Formed fall 1942, probably in Nova Gradiška, to guard the railway line between Zagreb and Zemun, and between Bosanski Brod and Sarajevo. (1)
Feb 43: Bn. HQ in Nova Gradiška/125 km SE of Zagreb under Railway Security Sector B - assigned to guard the track section between Nova Gradiška and Novska.
Sep 43: HQ in Nova Gradiška with 1st - 4th Co. assigned to Railway Security Sector B. Said to be at only 88% of its authorized strength.
12 Apr 44: Bn. with 1st – 4th Co. guarding the track section between Batrina and Pleternica under Railway Security Sector B.
7 Nov 44: Battalion in the Donji Andrijevci area/25 km E of Slavonski Brod and still under Railway Security Sector B.
1 Dec 44: Battalion HQ and 1st – 4th Co. reassigned to the newly formed 19th (Domobran) Infantry Brigade/14th Croatian Infantry Division on or about this date.
