Formed fall 1942, probably in Zagreb, to guard the railway line between Zagreb and Zemun, and between Bosanski Brod and Sarajevo. (1)

Nov 42: in formation in Zagreb.
Sep 43: Zagreb with 1st – 4th Co. assigned to Railway Security Sector A. Said to be at 81% of its authorized strength.
1 Mar 44: Battalion HQ in Sesvete, just east of Zagreb; still had 1s – 4th Co. and still under Railway Security Sector A.
Sep 44: responsible for the track section Zaprešić – Zagreb – Sesvete.
1 Dec 44: reassigned to the newly formed 19th (Domobran) Infantry Brigade/14th Croatian Infantry Division on or about this date.
