Formed 1 November 1941 with HQ in Petrinja and had the same territorial alignment as the I Domobran Corps. It moved from Petrinja to Zagreb at the end of December 1942, and then disbanded on 14 August 1943 when it was consolidated with the I Domobran Corps. (1)
