Formed mid-May 1944 with HQ in Gospić by renaming Operations District Lika. Its function was to exercise tactical control over Croatian forces in northern Dalmatia. Disbanded at the beginning of December 1944 and its staff personnel were absorbed into the newly formed 11th Croatian Infantry Division.
