Formed 20 May 1944 with HQ in Sinj, probably by renaming the former Operations District Sinj, as a territorial command with the authority of a corps. Subordinated to Croatian III Corps (HQ in Sarajevo), its task was to inspect all Croatian military units in its area of responsibility and conduct courts martial proceedings as appropriate. On formation the HQ and staff had an authorized strength of 11 officers, 13 NCOs and 55 men. Disbanded in October 1944 following the German-Croatian withdrawal from south and central Dalmatia.
