The Battalion began forming in Karlovac, the seat of Velika Župa Pokuplje, on 30 November 1941. On 1 October 1942 the Bn. HQ with 1st – 4th Co. were all in Karlovac or its immediate vicinity, as well as on 1 December 1942. No further mention of the Battalion has been found. (1)
