Formed in Kotor Varoš/22 km SE of Banja Luka but its date of formation is unknown. In September 1944 it was reported as having an estimated strength of 700 men. On 1 December 1944 it was still in Kotor Varoš and was assigned to the X Ustasha Brigade. No further information has been found. (1)
