Formed in Glina/54 km S of Zagreb but its date of formation is unknown. On 9 May 1944 it was listed as being in the village of Novo Selište/2 km SW of Glina in a strength of 288 men. The Battalion was expanded during the summer and by 1 September it had moved to Petrinja with a total of 462 men and was assigned to VIII Ustasha Brigade. On or about 1 December 1944 it was still in Petrinja and was re-designated III Bn./XIX Ustasha Brigade. No further information has been found. (1)
