Formed in May 1943, the Kriegsmarinedienststelle Marseille was the supreme KMD for France between May 1943 and July 1944. It was subordinate to Marinegruppenkommando West, then OKM/Skl Adm Qu VI and it had a Zweigstelle in Toulon. It was surrendered in August 1944.
