Re-formed in May 1942 and subordinate to Seekommandant Seine-Somme. It existed as a Zweigstelle of the Kriegsmarinedienststelle Bordeaux. In March 1944 the Staff was moved to Saint-Malo and and used as the new Seetransportchef St. Malo.
