Formed in July 1940, the Kriegsmarinedienststelle Bordeaux was the supreme Marinedienstsstelle in France until September 1940 (from then the supreme KMD was KMD Le Havre). It was subordinate to the Marinebefehlshaber Westfrankreich. In September 1940 its staff used to take over control of the Kriegsmarinedienststelle Le Havre and this Marinedienststelle was temporarily dissolved.
Chef
Kapitän zur See Bernhard Liebetanz (23 Jul 1940-02 Sep 1940)
