XIX Ustasha Brigade (XIX. Stajači Djelatni Sdrug)

Ordered formed on or about 1 December 1944 with HQ in Petrinja. On 19 December formation began with the removal of two battalions from the VIII Ustasha Brigade and possibly a third. (1)
Operational History
1944
Dec 44: Brigade assigned to 4th Croatian Infantry Division - see there for additional information.
1945
Jan – Apr 45: responsible for garrisoning the Petrinja – Sisak area together with the 14th Domobran Brigade, this being the 4th Division’s so-called North Sector. Estimated strength was approximately 3,000.
Apr 45: the XIX Ustasha Brig. departed the 4th Division at the beginning of April and was reassigned to the new 18th Croatian Assault Division.
