The Panzer-Kompanie Paris was formed on 8 July 1941 and was equipped with four platoons, each with 5x Pz-S35(f) (French Somua Char 1935-S). In May 1942 it had 12x Pz-H38(f) (French Hotchkiss Char 1938-H) and 5x Pz-S35(f). It was redesignated Panzer-Kompanie 100 on 2 July 1942.

A new Panzer-Kompanie Paris appears to have been raised later and existed during the liberation of Paris.
