78. Volksgrenadier-Division

The 78. Volksgrenadier-Division was formed from 78. Grenadier-Division at Konstanz on 9 October 1944. It fought in southern Poland and Silesia and was redesignated 78. Volks-Sturm-Division in February 1945.
