Luftschutz Mitgliedsausweis was the membership Card for the Luftschutzbund.
Many varieties exist. Many of the gruppen seem to have used their own variant. For example take these two cards. One from Ortsgruppe Herford, and the other from Landesgruppe Thüringen und Erfurt.
