Having passed the tests.
Bronze
* 18 - 32 years old


Silver
* As above + passed the tests 8 more years or 32 - 40 years old


Gold
* As above + passed the tests 7 more years or over 40 years old



The tests consisted of five groups:
Men:
Part 1. Swimming
- Swim 450 yards in 9 minutes
Part 2.Jumping
- Jump a height of 4 ft.5 in. or
- a length of 15.5 feet
Part 3.Running
- Run 109 yards in 13.5 sec.or 436.5 yards in 68 sec. or 1636 yards in 5 min. 20 sec.
Part 4.Weight Throwing
- Throw a ball weighing 11lbs,12.5ozs. distance of not less than 28 1/4feet, or
- throw a discus weighing 4.5 lbs a distance of not less than 27 1/4 yrds, or
- drive a ball weighing 14.5 lbs a distance of 26 1/4 ft.
Part 5.Speed Test
- Run 10,911 yards in 50 minutes, or
- swim 1,091 yards in 29 minutes, or
- cycle 12.5 miles in 45 minutes
Women:
Part 1.Swimming
- Swim 250 yards in open sea or lake
Part 2.Jumping
- Jump a height of 3ft. 9in.or
- a length of 11 ft. 5in.
Part 3.Running
- Run 82 yards in 12 sec. or
- 109 yards in 15.5 secs.
Part 4.Weight Throwing
- Throw a ball weighing 11lb. 5ozs.a distance of 22ft. or
- throw a discus weighing 2.5 lb. a distance of at least 25yards, or
- drive a ball weighing 8.5 lbs a distance of 24ft.
Part 5.Speed Test
- Walk 15.5 miles in 5 hrs. or
- run 2,182 yards in 12 minutes or
- swim 1,091 yards in 29 minutes or
- cycle 12.5 miles in 1 hr.
