Requirements

Winning international or national motor sports competitions.

Three different classes of this award existed:
1st Class (Gold) - 150 points
2nd Class (Silver) - 100 points
3rd Class (Iron) - 50 points

The winner of a national was awarded 8 point, of an international 12 point and a long-distance rally 9 point.
