Objective: To clear Partisans from the area along the Una bend between Bosanski Novi and Bužim.

Conduct of Operations and Results: The Partisans had fled into this area from the Samarica Mountains during the concluding days of Operation “Panther”. Before “Tannenbaum” could be carried out, it was cancelled and its forces diverted and reassigned to the larger Operation “Ristow” that began on 24 December.
