Dates: 20 – 22 June 1943. (1)
Objective: To relieve elements of Croatian 11th Infantry Regiment surrounded by strong Partisan forces in the vicinity of Velika Kladuša in West Bosnia.
Enemy Forces: Unska Operational Group/4th Corps NOVJ and 2d Assault Brigade/8th Division NOVJ.

Conduct of Operations and Results: The Partisan force had attacked and severely mauled two battalions belonging to the Croatian 11th Infantry Rgt. in Velika Kladuša/39 km SSE of Karlovac in an action that last 20 hours on 20-21 June. On approach of the German-Croatian relief column, the Partisans hurriedly departed the area and contact never materialized. This was a failed attempt by the Partisans to capture the town.
Losses (as reported by the Partisans)
Croatian: 40 killed, 100 wounded and 185 captured.
Partisan: 35 killed, 121 wounded and 10 missing.
