Axis Forces:

Artillerie-Abt. 661 (elements)
Volksdeutsch Bn. “Ludwig von Baden”

IV Bn./3d Mountain Brigade
Conduct of Operations and Results: Planned to follow up on fighting two days earlier in the vicinity of Sanski Most, this operation was apparently cancelled since no information concerning it has been found in either the German records or the postwar Yugoslav literature. There may have been a heavy snowfall in the area or perhaps it was cancelled by higher authority because it was in the direct path of the much larger Operation “Weiss” which was due to begin two weeks later.
